Digital Subscription Service

FRGD is a digital subscription service. As our product is intangible and immediately accessible upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been processed.

30-Day Free Trial

All new users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. You will not be charged during this period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring any charges.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Eligibility for Refunds

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• A technical issue prevented access to the app and we were unable to resolve it within 72 hours
• You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error
• You were charged after cancelling your subscription

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to support@forgedfitness.xyz. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
