Digital Subscription Service

Forged is a digital subscription service. As our product is intangible and immediately accessible upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been processed.

No Free Trial

Forged is a paid product from day one — there is no free trial period. We encourage you to review all features and pricing carefully before subscribing. Our pricing is set to be genuinely affordable at Rs. 1,490/month or Rs. 15,000/year.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Eligibility for Refunds

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• A technical issue prevented access to the app and we were unable to resolve it within 72 hours
• You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error
• You were charged after cancelling your subscription

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to support@forgedfitness.xyz. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
