FRGD: FOCUS — No Data Collection

FRGD: FOCUS (the focus timer app, package ) does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data whatsoever.

• No account or sign-up is required
• No personal information is collected
• No usage data or analytics are tracked
• No data is sent to any server
• All timer settings and session history are stored locally on your device only
• The app functions entirely offline

FRGD: FOCUS is completely free with no ads, no subscriptions, and no data collection of any kind. The privacy sections below apply exclusively to FRGD: Fitness, the separate companion app.

Information We Collect

When you use FRGD:FITNESS, we collect the following information:

• Email address — for account creation and communication
• Fitness profile — goals, fitness level, training days, equipment access
• Body statistics — age, weight, height (used only for plan generation)
• Workout logs and exercise completion records
• Meal logs and dietary preferences
• Weight entries and body measurements
• Weekly check-in data — energy levels, nutrition adherence, personal notes
• Step count data from Android Health Connect (only if you grant permission)

Health Connect Data (Android)

On Android devices, FRGD:FITNESS can connect to Android Health Connect to read your daily step count. This is entirely optional — you will be prompted to grant permission the first time you open the Workout screen, and you can revoke access at any time through your device's Health Connect settings.

Data accessed from Health Connect:

• Steps (read only) — daily step count, used to display your activity progress on the Workout and Home screens and calculate goal completion towards your configurable daily step target

Step data is stored securely in your FRGD:FITNESS account to display your daily progress history. It is never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and never sold. Step data is deleted along with all other account data if you request account deletion.

FRGD:FITNESS does not write any data back to Health Connect. We only read step count data, and only when the app is open and in active use.

How We Use Your Data

• To generate your personalised workout and meal plans
• To track and display your progress over time
• To provide weekly feedback on your performance
• To send you app notifications (only if you enable them)
• To process subscription payments securely via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• To improve the app and resolve technical issues

Model Training & Service Improvement

We may use anonymized, aggregated data from your use of FRGD:FITNESS to improve the quality of our fitness and nutrition planning systems, including the development and fine-tuning of machine learning models.

Data that may be used:

• Anonymized fitness profile attributes (e.g. goal, fitness level, age range, country)
• Generated workout and meal plans
• Workout and meal adherence patterns
• Weekly check-in responses and progress trends

We never use your name, email, photos, or any directly identifying information for model training. Health conditions are never used in identifiable form. All data used for model training is fully anonymized before processing — individual users cannot be identified from training datasets. Data is never sold to or shared with third-party model trainers.

You may opt out of having your anonymized data used for model training at any time by contacting us at support@forgedfitness.xyz. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the app or any features.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in improving the safety and accuracy of our fitness recommendations. You have the right to object to this processing at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. Your fitness data is never shared without your explicit consent.

We use the following third-party services which process your data only as necessary:

• Supabase — secure database storage and authentication
• RevenueCat — subscription and payment management
• Expo — mobile app delivery and push notifications
• Anthropic — fitness plan generation (data is not stored by Anthropic)
• Android Health Connect — step count data, read only, processed on-device

Data Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security enabled. All connections are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at support@forgedfitness.xyz. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Children

FRGD:FITNESS is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
