Delete Your Account

What gets deleted

When you delete your FRGD account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your fitness profile — goals, level, body stats, health information
• Your generated workout and meal plans
• All workout logs and set logs
• All meal logs and water logs
• Your weight entries and progress charts
• All progress photos
• Weekly check-in history
• Streak and badge data

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Subscription billing is managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store — you must cancel your subscription separately through the store to stop future charges.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the FRGD app:

1. Open the FRGD app
2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
4. Tap Delete account
5. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@forgedfitness.xyz with the subject line Delete my account.

Please include the email address associated with your FRGD account. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion by email.

Subscription cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before deleting your account:

• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FRGD → Cancel
• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FRGD → Cancel
